He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, and a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Oregon.

Ray Pendro, Senior Planner with Wagstaff and Associates, has over 11 years of professional planning experience, including the last three years with Wagstaff and Associates. Ray was formerly project manager and planner with Cotton/Beland/Associates (CBA), of Pasadena, California. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and a Master of Architecture and Urban Planning degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
